PROGRAMME


             Modern program
            "MODEL OF physical activity - gymnastics
            in women with normal pregnancy";

            Classes include complexes of specially selected
            exercises for pregnant I to - IX month, coupled
            with psycho-therapeutic shows;

           Drills have smooth character and are carried out under a special 
           music  accompaniment (music therapy);

           Independently in which term is the pregnant woman is the visits
           are   recommended, because they are necessary for:

- Providing  significant physical qualities;
- psychological equilibrium;
- the improvement of breathing;
- endurance during pregnancy and birth.
Team
     Classes will be carried out 2 times per week
(Tuesday and Thursday from 18.00 to 19.00 a.m. )
in the new multifunctional sports complex - hall "aerobics"
                  by the National Sports Academy
